Fast rules (prevents issues)
- Items must be accessible from curb/driveway edge.
- Keep pathways clear (no blocked gates).
- If it’s bigger than your package, we confirm upgrade before loading.

Do I need to be home?
Nope — curbside is designed to be no-contact. Just keep items accessible.
What if my load is bigger than the package?
We’ll message you a fair upgrade option before loading. No surprises.
Do you charge tax?
In Ontario, you may need to charge HST depending on your registration. If you’re registered, you can enable taxes in Stripe so it calculates automatically.
How do you confirm my time?
We confirm by text based on route/schedule. If you choose “Any time” you’ll usually get the fastest pickup.
